Job Description

The Operational Incident Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the safety of our customers' personnel, managing emergency alerts, and following escalation protocols efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer personnel safety
  • Manage emergency alerts and escalate as necessary
  • Respond to emergencies with calm confidence
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support
  • Monitor weather and road conditions for customers working alone
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
  • Minimum five years of customer service experience, preferably in a dispatch or operations role
