About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a gerontological setting, with a strong background in patient care and management.
  • Responsibilities will include coordinating patient care, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and supervising a team of nurses and support staff.
  • You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for patients with complex needs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
