About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of patients through the healthcare system, ensuring that appropriate administrative procedures are followed, and maintaining inventory of medical supplies and equipment. Additionally, they will supervise registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other nursing personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient flow and resource utilization to optimize care delivery
  • Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and development
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in nursing, preferably with experience in geriatrics, gerontology, or palliative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
