We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Technical Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services Canada, Inc. As a Cloud Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to our customers, helping them to achieve the greatest value from our cloud services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on the use of AWS services
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and use of AWS services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
- Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to help customers plan and build solutions using best practices
- Proactively monitor and maintain customers' AWS environments to ensure operational health
- 3+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings
- Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead
