Job Description:We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to provide technical support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance and training to users, and maintaining accurate records of problems and solutions.
This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Relocation costs are not covered by the employer, but we are willing to relocate the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Provide guidance and training to users on software applications and hardware usage.
- Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions, including documentation and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaborate with other technical support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
