About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Box And Lid Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to ensure smooth execution
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to enhance efficiency
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of documents and records
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
