Professional Office Support Specialist

As a Professional Office Support Specialist at HA CPA CORPORATION, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team.
Job Description- This is a permanent position with a work term that includes 30-40 hours per week.
The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a related field. If you have a passion for administration and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
- Set up and manage electronic and paper-based filing systems to keep records organized and easily accessible.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general assistance to colleagues and clients.
