Job Description
  • This is a permanent position with a work term that includes 30-40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a related field. If you have a passion for administration and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  2. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  3. Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  4. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
  5. Set up and manage electronic and paper-based filing systems to keep records organized and easily accessible.
  6. Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide general assistance to colleagues and clients.
