Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Sea to Sky Precision Construction Ltd. This is a full-time position that requires a high level of administrative support and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably with a construction company
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
