Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Office Support Specialist to join our team at Western Wheelcraft Ltd. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Type and review correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases.
  • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents efficiently.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Send and receive messages effectively.
  • Prepare and distribute documents by photocopying and collating as required.
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
