Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Global Trading Network Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, compiling data, and maintaining office supplies.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for senior staff members and external clients.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries from clients and colleagues in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.

Salary and Work Details:
