Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at CUISINE YASU INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, and inventory.
  • Plan and execute menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese and Filipino cuisine.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Own transportation for work-related travel.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing menu requirements and kitchen operations.
