Job Title: Sous Chef II

Job Summary:
Le Duc de Lorraine is a renowned establishment that has been offering high-quality products and services since 1952. We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team and assist our Chef in daily duties.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and fill stations with necessary products
Prepare food for service, including cutting vegetables, carving meat, and preparing sauces
Cook elements of dishes in cooperation with kitchen staff
Make reports and follow instructions of the leader
Clean resort and store goods properly
Ensure dishes are ready on time and of good quality
Comply with nutrition and hygiene regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with colleagues and clients

Requirements:
Resume and advanced kitchen experience, including experience as a chef de partie, restaurant cook, or kitchen helper
Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed of execution of various assigned tasks
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of industry best practices
Culinary school diploma (preferred)
