Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to assist our Chef in daily duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing food according to specifications and preparing items for the menu. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and fill stations with necessary products.
  • Prepare food for service, including cutting vegetables, carving meat, and preparing sauces.
  • Cook elements of dishes in cooperation with other kitchen staff.
  • Make reports and follow instructions of the leader.
  • Clean resort and store goods properly.
  • Ensure dishes are ready on time and of good quality.
  • Comply with nutrition and hygiene regulations and safety standards.
  • Ensure a positive and professional approach with colleagues and clients.

Requirements:
  • Resume and advanced kitchen experience, including experience as a chef de partie, restaurant cook, or kitchen helper.
  • Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Accuracy and speed of execution of various assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Culinary school diploma (preferred).
