We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Pamika Brasserie Thai inc.

Job Summary

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Food Preparation: Supervise the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet their responsibilities.
  • Cost Control: Manage food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that they are within budget.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate required.
