Executive Chef Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Duc de Lorraine. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef in daily duties and ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and fill stations with necessary products
- Prepare food for service, including cutting vegetables, carving meat, and preparing sauces
- Cook elements of dishes in cooperation with other kitchen staff members
- Make reports and follow instructions of the leader
- Clean the resort and store goods properly
- Ensure dishes are ready on time and of good quality
Requirements:
- Resume and advanced kitchen experience, including experience as a chef de partie, restaurant cook, or kitchen helper
- Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Accuracy and speed of execution of various assigned tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of industry best practices
- Culinary school diploma (preferred)
