Financial Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at ALL DREAMS Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in financial accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliable, team player, and time management.
