Learning Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and organize training events
* Analyze, track and report training outcomes
* Create and send out communication documents regarding upcoming training events
* Provide ongoing guidance and support to assigned trainers
* Logistical support for all events
* Carry-out administrative tasks pertaining to pre-training, day of training and post-training
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
* College diploma or equivalent
* Adult education or HR background considered an asset
* LMS Administration knowledge and understanding
* Technology proficiency
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Self-starter with proven ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Detail-oriented mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills, a team player
* Ability to multi-task and manage several priorities at once
Work Environment:
* Standard work environment
* No travel
