Financial Supervisor and Business Growth Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Supervisor and Business Growth Specialist to join our team at Infinity Wealth Solutions Inc. This is a permanent position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Approve or reject loan applications, recommending approval or rejection where necessary.
  • Assist clients in achieving their financial objectives by proposing tailored solutions for business expansion, debt management, investment, and other financial goals.
  • Prepare and complete credit and loan documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyze and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit history, and ability to repay loans.
  • Review and update credit and loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through networking, promoting the sale of loan and investment services, and attracting corporate and individual customers.
Work Environment:

This role requires a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, where you must work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Judgement, organization, and flexibility.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.
