Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for providing a customer experience that delights our customers and their users. Your primary goal will be to drive customer satisfaction and make Goosechase an amazing product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including email, phone, and chat.
  • Work closely with our Product team to identify and resolve customer issues and improve our platform.
  • Collaborate with our wider organization to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer experience.
Requirements
  • Recent career experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Confidence in writing engaging emails, messages, and other forms of communication.
  • Ability to identify and handle sales leads effectively.
  • Technical skills, including experience with Intercom and Salesforce.
  • Location: Ontario, Canada (we cannot consider applications outside of this timezone).
