Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at O Leary Plaster & Paint Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as managing contracts, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage contracts and maintain inventory
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Conduct performance reviews and supervise office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
