We're seeking a skilled Freight Sales Expert to join our team at the Freightos Group, a leading logistics technology company. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

SalaryOur competitive salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in field sales, virtual sales, and marketing strategies to drive new customer acquisition and retention. You'll be responsible for meeting with prospective clients, encouraging them to sign up for our platform, and nurturing relationships through various sales tools, emails, and phone calls.
You'll also engage with existing customers to understand their needs, provide training, and resolve issues, ultimately increasing their booking counts. By doing so, you'll contribute significantly to the global transformation of the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in upselling to existing customers and finding new ones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the air cargo or freight forwarding industry, or experience in online transactional businesses (a plus).
