We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at A Plus Auto Centre. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including greeting them, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
- Time Management: Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science, General.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, organized, client-focused, and time management skills.
