Administrative Coordinator

Peter's Pizza & Golden Foods Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct performance reviews
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
