Job Title: Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Kento Windows & Doors. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services and assembling data for reports
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including supervision of 1-2 people
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
