The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

A key aspect of this role is to ensure efficient inventory management and maintain accurate records of food, supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are working safely and efficiently
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related field
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
