Job Title: Executive Chef - Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in food preparation and service.

Job Description:Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent position in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of improving kitchen efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Degree in culinary arts or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
