We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rockies and River Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items that showcase our restaurant's commitment to quality and creativity.
- Kitchen Management: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, providing guidance and support to our culinary staff to ensure their growth and development.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and make adjustments as needed to maintain consistency.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to minimize waste and optimize our budget.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role is required.
- Work Setting: This position is based in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ranks of Chefs: We are looking for a Chef who can lead and motivate our team.
