We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Rockies and River Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise
- Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the restaurant's management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to ensure our menu offerings remain innovative and exciting
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
