About the Role:

As a Chief Growth Marketing Officer, you will help establish new campaigns to build awareness and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing and go-to-market teams to understand our audience and develop tailored campaigns that speak directly to prospective buyers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies across all channels to drive customer growth. Create and execute omni-channel campaigns from conception through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Creation: Plan, execute, and analyze targeted marketing programs for ICP segments through various channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, search engines, display advertising, direct mail, and account-based marketing tactics focused on lead generation and building the sales pipeline.
  • Account-Based Marketing: Support the execution of account-based marketing digital campaigns. Design and execute an email nurture program and a webinar program.
  • Reporting & Optimizations: Ensure tracking and reporting analytics of all campaign activity. Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting, while testing new user acquisition initiatives. Drive growth across key metrics (MQLs, pipeline, revenue) – measure success, optimize against targets, and report on performance on a recurring cadence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a campaign management role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS products preferred.
  • Proven success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns resulting in new business revenue.
  • Experience working with HubSpot.
  • Experience with an ABM tool is preferred (i.e., 6sense, Terminus, or Demandbase).
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to give direction on best-in-class creatives to assist with campaigns to drive optimal conversions.
  • Excellent people and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
