About the Role

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and market expansion in Northeast America.

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base in the defined territory. This role requires strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience working with technical products or services in a commercial role within the power or related sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively negotiate sales deals with customers and distributors
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-customer and distributor contacts
  • Work with 3rd party channels to drive improved performance and increase market penetration
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Deep Sea Electronics Ltd products
  • Expand the customer and contact base through strategic relationship-building
  • Provide world-class customer support and coordinate marketing activities with distribution partners
  • Achieve sales targets and maximize product margins through effective pricing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven relationships with key decision-makers in the power sector in Northeast America
  • Commercially focused with proven selling and negotiation skills
  • Experience working within a company that has a technical product or service in a commercial role within the power or related sector
