Restaurant Manager Job Description

BAR BURRITO MEXICAN GRILL is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the success of our restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 1 to 10 staff members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment:

The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
