BAR BURRITO MEXICAN GRILL is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, enforce health and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide excellent service, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
