Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to ensure that our team members are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Cost Control: Cost products and services to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 10 people, depending on the location.
  • Transportation/Travel: Own transportation or use public transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and team player qualities.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Other Benefits: Free parking available, permanent employment, English language, and 30 hours per week.
