About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our high-volume kitchen team at Jeita Holdings Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chef Management: Supervise kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and dishwashers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement new menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
  • Food Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and manage inventory of food supplies, equipment, and cleaning materials.
  • Staff Training: Provide guidance and training to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and providing personalized attention.
