Job Opportunity at Fountain Tire

Fountain Tire is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Counter/Inside Sales Representative. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, and ensuring that all customers are satisfied with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Share product knowledge and technical expertise to build business and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide service quotes, receive customer authorization, and finalize sales
  • Schedule customer appointments for tire and mechanical service
  • Recommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customers
  • Ensure accurate billing and complete proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of mechanical and tire service is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in the automotive repair industry and a history of providing exceptional customer service and business support
  • Strong time management skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Availability to work Saturdays
