About the Role

Tosa Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Instruct and train cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events
  • Supervise and lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food and exceptional service
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
