We are seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Tosa Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Develop and implement menus that showcase our expertise in Japanese cuisine, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations.
Supply Chain ManagementEstimate and manage the costs of supplies and food items, maintaining accurate records of consumption, sales, and inventory.
Team LeadershipSupervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Quality ControlPlan and execute menus that meet our quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
Staff DevelopmentTrain staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Work Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
LanguageFluency in English.
