About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at BREAKTHRU BEVERAGE CANADA. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding service expectations while promoting products and fulfilling route management objectives. Through excellent execution, you will achieve volume targets, market share, brand equity, and grow brand distribution with the right brands in the right accounts in your assigned territory.

The Territory spans from West of Edmonton to Jasper.

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to ON Premise customers to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet quota and distribution objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct product tastings and education sessions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Analyze competitive activities within the territory and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with supplier representatives and members of management to drive sales and revenue growth.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 or more years' selling experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods environment.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Liquor Board Regulations, market trends, and competition.
