Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada's leading car and truck accessory retailer and distributor for both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores across Canada. We are currently seeking a Regional Manager for our business in the Greater Toronto Area. The Regional Manager will be required to travel within this region on a regular basis.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Regional Manager leads a group of 3 corporate stores in Ontario; Mississauga, Scarborough, Whitby. The Regional Manager will assist the senior management team in driving sales, enforcing policies and standards, managing and developing staff, developing budgets, achieving targets, ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Store Managers and outside Business Development Managers to help achieve sales and expense budgets
- Perform monthly store condition/standard audits and inventory audits
- Ensure all stores in region are adequately staffed
- Ensure that all stores are following all company policies
- Address disciplinary issues in region
- Train store staff on implementation of new operating procedures
- Liaise with regional Business Development Managers to ensure outside sales opportunities are identified and followed up on
- Liaise with the Fleet team and Sales team on a regular basis.
- Liaise with marketing department to ensure local advertising is placed in an effective manner

**Qualifications**
- University Degree or Community College Diploma, preferably in business or automotive
- 5 or more years managerial experience with a proven ability to lead a team
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket accessory industry and/or a deep passion for the industry
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel within the Ontario on regular basis and outside of Ontario on occasion
- Experience with computer-based inventory system considered an asset
