Job Title: Global Deployment Lead

McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Global Deployment Lead to join our Global Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of our digital manufacturing technologies across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global deployment roadmap to ensure successful deployment of digital manufacturing technologies.
  • Lead the deployment function and ensure pre-deployment project timelines are met effectively across regions.
  • Define and refine the global deployment playbook to ensure consistent preparation and successful rollout across regions.
  • Develop a global deployment strategy in collaboration with other members of the Deployment Team and IT team.
  • Provide guidelines for standardized training that the Deployment Team, Digital Lead, and IT should provide plant employees in preparation for deployment.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is often required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • Relevant certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies are beneficial.
  • 10 years of experience, with a background in manufacturing and/or digital technologies. Expertise in digital manufacturing technologies, experience in leading large-scale global projects, and skills in change management. International experience.
  • Leadership, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and effective stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and, multilingual is a plus.
