We are developing digital solutions for our customers, suppliers/growers, and McCain team members to facilitate digital workflows and data-driven automation. Through these investments, we aim to transform McCain into an organization that equips our teams with intuitive systems that enhance collaboration, boost productivity, and enable informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Deployment:
- Oversee the global deployment strategy and integrate updates as requested by MDIxAI and MDI governance.
- Lead the MDIxAI Deployment function to ensure that pre-deployment project timelines are effectively met across various regions.
- Establish a global deployment playbook aligned with MDI lead deployment principles.
- Refine the global deployment playbook for successful execution and engage with key stakeholders to ensure relevant teams contribute to standardized deployment planning materials (e.g., plant readiness checklists, training resources).
- Create a global deployment roadmap and monitor progress as pre-deployment activities advance to ensure consistent preparation and successful implementation across regions.
Deployment:
- Direct the MDIxAI Deployment function in executing the deployment playbook.
- MDIxAI Program Management After Deployment:
- Establish global standards for future deployments based on user feedback (adoption and satisfaction scores post-MDIxAI deployment) and suggest enhancements in the deployment strategy.
- Coordinate insights with Global Workstream Leads (e.g., Product, Change Management & Communications) to share key learnings post-deployment and ensure the success of future rollouts in other regions.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Deployment Team and IT team to develop pre-deployment and deployment strategies.
- Provide guidelines for standardized training that the Deployment Team, Digital Lead, and IT should deliver to plant employees in preparation for deployment.
- Conduct retrospective meetings post-deployment to gather feedback aimed at optimizing resources and timelines for future MDIxAI deployments in partnership with the Deployment Team.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline is typically required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies are advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience, with a background in manufacturing and/or digital technologies. Proven expertise in digital manufacturing technologies, experience in leading large-scale global initiatives, and skills in change management. International experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel internationally; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strategic thinking; technology thought leadership; forward-looking approach.

- Encouraging speed, simplicity, and agility in decision-making and actions.
