About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Deployment Manager to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Global Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for providing deployment support for our learning solutions across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities for deployment of learning solutions.
  • Provide guidance and direction to content management resources on the upload process of learning solutions to ensure consistency and adherence to global standards.
  • Manage mailbox queries related to content queries and deployment support, and serve as the primary point-of-contact for triaging to project and deployment leads.
  • Work with ITS and Digital HR on testing activities related to content release platforms.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience deploying learning solutions across various content management platforms, with a focus on business improvement and operations in a global, complex matrix environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong ability to grasp technical knowledge to understand platforms, technology, and applications.
  • Multi-tasker with coordination, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing deliverables.
