We are developing digital solutions for our customers, suppliers/growers, and McCain team members to facilitate digital processes and data-driven automation. Through these investments, we aim to transform McCain into an organization that equips our teams with user-friendly systems that enhance collaboration, productivity, and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Deployment:
- Oversee the global deployment roadmap and integrate updates as required by MDIxAI and MDI governance structure.
- Lead the MDIxAI Deployment function, ensuring that pre-deployment project timelines are effectively met across various regions.
- Establish a global deployment playbook in alignment with MDI lead deployment principles.
- Refine the global deployment playbook for successful execution and communicate with key stakeholders to ensure relevant teams contribute to standardized deployment planning materials (e.g., plant readiness checklists, training materials).
- Create a global deployment roadmap and monitor progress as pre-deployment activities advance to ensure consistent preparation and successful rollout across regions.
Deployment:
- Lead the MDIxAI Deployment function in executing the deployment playbook.
- MDIxAI Program Management After Deployment:
- Establish global standards for future deployments based on feedback (user adoption and satisfaction scores post-MDIxAI deployment) and suggest improvements in change management within the deployment plan.
- Coordinate feedback with Global Workstream Leads (e.g., Product, Change Management & Comms, etc.) to share key insights following deployments and ensure the success of future rollouts in other regions.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Develop pre-deployment and deployment strategies in collaboration with other members of the Deployment Team and IT team.
- Provide guidelines for standardized training that the Deployment Team, Digital Lead, and IT should deliver to plant employees in preparation for deployment.
- Conduct deployment retrospective meetings and gather feedback to drive success and optimize resources and timelines for future MDIxAI deployments in collaboration with the Deployment Team.
Key Qualifications & Experiences:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field is typically required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- Relevant certifications in project management, Agile methodologies, Six Sigma, or specific digital technologies are advantageous.
- 10 years of experience, with a background in manufacturing and/or digital technologies. Expertise in digital manufacturing technologies, experience in leading large-scale global projects, and skills in change management. International experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, adaptability, and effective stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel internationally; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strategic thinking; technology thought leadership; forward-looking approach.
- Role modeling and upholding McCain Values and Leadership Principles.
- Support speed, simplicity, and agility in decision-making and action.
