Administrative Assistant Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to fill a full-time day shift position at our Welland location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry
  • Administrative duties, including typing, filing, and faxing
  • Answering phone calls and handling inquiries
  • Correspondence across departments, branches, and locations
  • Basic marketing functions, including marketing materials
  • Basic Social Media management functions
  • Proficient computer operations, particularly in Microsoft Excel and adapting to company-specific software

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience
  • Data Entry experience is required
  • Marketing or Social Media experience is required
  • Bilingual in French is an asset
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to adapt quickly to company-specific software
  • Reliability is important
  • Candidate must be able to start immediately
  • This position is not on a public transit route, so candidates must have their own transportation

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation:

$21 per hour
