About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication management.
  • Provide emotional support and promote independence for patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our Personal Support Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program.
  • Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
