We are seeking a highly skilled International Tax Senior Manager to join our tax practice in Toronto or Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax engagements, contributing to the growth of the firm, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Our tax practice offers a range of tax and succession planning areas, including estate & trust compliance, personal and corporate tax planning, purchase and sale of private businesses, estate planning, and cross border investment and compliance. We are interested in meeting candidates with experience in any of these areas.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with Tax Partners and other Senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory engagements
  • Building and managing client relationships at a senior level; advising clients by delivering high-quality tax service and advice
  • Reviewing and approving technical research, tax planning recommendations for international companies
  • Reviewing complex corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns and other tax work prepared by staff
  • Actively mentoring and coaching staff to their highest potential
  • Identifying client service opportunities
