About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Specialist at HY Precision Manufacturing, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the development of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Sales Contract Preparation: Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Promote sales to existing clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through targeted product offerings.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and solicit potential clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the most suitable goods or services.
  • Client Support and Services: Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from using our products, provide ongoing support to clients after sale, and review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Presentation and Marketing: Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products, advertise and/or promote products, sales, or services, and offer customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A College/CEGEP education and relevant experience, preferably in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • A keen understanding of sales strategies and techniques, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
