Job Summary

Dhaduk Enterprise Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, managing contracts, and overseeing payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a smooth operation
  • Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and ensuring accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
