We are a dynamic dental practice seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our dental team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage patient scheduling and appointments
    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns
  • Medical Records and Documentation
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
    • Prepare and send medical reports and correspondence
    • Enter and format electronic medical records
  • Office Administration
    • Manage office supplies and inventory
    • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks
    • Assist with special projects and events
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
    • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners
    • Respond to patient feedback and concerns
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows
