Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at Kairos Legal Advisory PC. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Implement new administrative procedures to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including policy administration and coordination of office services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative or management role.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site work required.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Free parking available.
- Parking available on site.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
